Responsible for handling all IPC Customer and Dealer Management System activities, including coordination to dealer network and report creation.
Maintains accuracy of customer demographics and sales data and prepares monthly and annual summary reports pf trends and deviation for sharing to concerned departments.
Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.
Requirements
Graduate of Business Management or related course.
With at least 3 years of system data management and sales analytics; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
Results-driven and output-oriented.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
