SQL & Python proficiency, data modeling, automation, experience w/ AI, or experience working with product/catalog/vendor data is a big plus.
Must have 2/3 minimum: SQL, Python, advanced excel (power query/vba)
Business Acumen: connect stheir work to business outcomes.
Revenue impact, cost savings, process optimization, pricing improvements, or product performance insights.
