What You'll Do
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics
- Build dashboards and automated reports
- Support A/B testing and experimentation
- Identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to define KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a data analysis role
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or similar)
- Understanding of statistical concepts
- Ability to communicate insights clearly
Nice to Have
- Python or R for analysis
- Experience with event tracking (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Knowledge of dbt or data modeling
- Background in marketplace analytics
