ABOUT YOUR ROLE

The Service Planner (Data Analyst in PPC) acts as the central link coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders within the production environment. The individual is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting service levels (Flexibility, Reliability, OTAT, RTST) accurately, optimizing order batching and scheduling to maximize shop-floor productivity, and managing cross-functional coordination, intercompany operations, and technical development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

- Monitor, analyze, and report core PPC metrics including Flexibility, Reliability, OTAT, and RTST in compliance with internal standards.

- Optimize order batching and productivity by implementing dynamic scheduling.

- Establish automated data queries and reporting pipelines to align proactively with Customer Service (CS).
