Key Responsibilities

Cost Data Management & Tracking

·Extract, consolidate, and maintain product and component cost data from SAP (internal production plants) and Excel-based datasets (CM/virtual plant production) on a regular cadence (weekly/monthly as required).

·Build and maintain a structured cost database by product family and component category (e.g., raw materials, sub-assemblies, cables, connectors, labour, overhead) to enable consistent trending and comparison.

·Ensure data integrity through validation checks, reconciliation between SAP and CM-reported data, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Cost Analysis & Outlier Identification

·Perform variance analysis comparing actual costs against standard costs, budgets, and historical benchmarks across internal and CM production.
