Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data structures, objects, workflows, and user support.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce data quality and process issues, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver training to cross-functional teams on creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Analyze, document, and translate data requirements into detailed specifications, including source to target mappings, transformation rules, and data quality checks.
• Perform detailed data analysis to troubleshoot issues and support data pipeline processes.
