Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls & manage email queries.
- Analyse requests and make judgments based on checklists, rules, and policy.
- Validate and audit abnormal claims based on policy.
- Route requests to appropriate departments based on policy and approval requirements.
- Check and validate warranty claims.
- Request approval, and/or Escalate to level 2 teams when required.
