Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist who can improve Delta Air Lines’ data foundation, uncover meaningful business and customer insights, and turn them into improvements for Delta and our customers. This position will focus on Delta’s Payment and Ticketing ecosystem and its ties to the rest of Delta.

+ Improve data schema and quality across Delta’s Payment, Ticketing, and Digital system
+ Integrate Payment and Ticketing data to the rest of Delta’s business data to understand downstream financial and customer impact
+ Using data-driven insights, drive meaningful improvements to Delta’s Payment, Ticketing, and Digital processes and roadmap
+ Create and automate key reports to give other business and technical stakeholders insight into Delta’s Payment and Ticketing performanc
