Responsibilities

• Contact with multiple hierarchical levels: from analysts to directors
• Ability to communicate and manage topics common to both business teams (Operations) and Technology
• Responsible for mapping opportunities, development strategies and designing product evolution, as well as monitoring and supporting project development
• Build optimized SQL code, validate code written by other focal points and ensure optimized usage of databases
• Develop, format and automate KPIs and reports for Supply Chain
• Provide support to S&O P, S&O E and Customer Service areas for Looker, Tableau, DataPrep, BigQuery and other Google tools (approximately 40 users)
• Manage and explore opportunities for automation and usability (UX) of metrics and tools
• Analyze the backlog of improvements, identifying opportunities and synergies across different projects
