What The Role Is Reporting to Principal Manager, this role supports the planning, coordination and execution of Data and AI capability‑building programmes during the SSG–WSG merger transition.
What You Will Be Working On You will support the end‑to‑end delivery of Data and AI capability programmes by:
- Planning and coordinating Data and AI capability‑building programmes (e.g. data bootcamps, learning events and community sessions)
- Managing event operations including participant registration, communications, vendors and logistics
- Supporting community outreach activities to build a shared Data and AI culture across the merged organisation and CET sector
- Coordinating trainers, facilitators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Developing engagement materials (e.g. communications, briefings, FAQs) to support awareness and adoption
