The role

As a Data Architect, you will take ownership of how data is structured, connected, and leveraged across our hearing systems.

The focus of this role is on data modeling and data design , not on building data platforms. You will define scalable data models across sensor-based devices and software systems, ensuring that data is reliable, compliant, and ready for advanced analytics and AI use cases.

In addition, you will act as a technical leader, guiding teams and stakeholders without formal line management responsibility.
