The Data Cabling Technician will be responsible for installation, testing, documentation and troubleshooting of Cat3, Cat5, Cat6, multi-mode fiber, single-mode fiber, and various other wiring disciplines throughout CoxHealth facilities. The Data Cabling Technician will travel to various CoxHealth locations to perform cabling jobs or troubleshooting cabling issues. The Data Cabling Technician will be responsible for maintaining the Cabling warehouse both at Cox North and in the cabling team vehicle. The Data Cabling Technician will be responsible for obtaining quotes from vendors when supplies are needed to stock the warehouse or supplies are needed for a specific job. The Data Cabling Technician will adhere to above ceiling guidelines set by Engineering and various surveyors.
