Description
Project Leadership & Execution β’ Lead day-to-day construction management using established PMO standards and methodologies. β’ Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules. β’ Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. β’ Identify and manage change events, applying best practice change management processes. Safety, Quality & Compliance β’ Enforce safety protocols, procedures, and site standards across all project activities. β’ Ensure quality control through consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting. β’ Maintain adherence to construction technology platforms, building codes, and industry standards.
