Description

• Detailed knowledge of data center infrastructure (, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and control systems).
• Independently troubleshoots mechanical and electrical system and demonstrates the ability to guide lower-level technicians through more ambiguous problems, including coaching/explaining.
• Troubleshoots and resolves more difficult electro-mechanical problems; and collaborates with the engineering team, as needed.
• Able to define requirements and manage the execution and tracking of small projects independently.
• Investigates and identifies simple issues within systems and can propose solutions.
• Recognizes process improvement opportunities and drives the implementation of small improvements.
• Ability to make software configuration changes, automate small tasks and/or modify small tools.
• May have basic competency in a programming language (, PLCs).
