Data Center IT Technician – Data Centre Operations – Auckland City, NZ (Full‑time, on site).

Supports the AWS cloud by installing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, working closely with engineering and logistics teams to maintain daily operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts.
• Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
• Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off, including night shifts on a rotational basis).
• Lift and rack equipment using lifting equipment; ability to lift heavy loads.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
