**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience in planning and scheduling of mission critical facility maintenance activities.
- Experience with third-party CMMS programs.
- Experience in developing long-term maintenance plans and forecasts.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in managing and scheduling maintenance vendors.
- Experience in planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, mechanical, electrical, controls, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact with internal customers and external parties, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop long term tactical maintenance plans and forecasts.
