- Operations & Uptime Management: Direct day‑to‑day data centre operations (power, cooling, security, network) to consistently meet a 99.999% uptime SLA.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of shift engineers and technicians, managing scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Process & Compliance: Author and enforce SOPs, maintenance frameworks, and disaster recovery plans in alignment with local regulations and global standards (TIA‑942, ISO 27001).
