**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience with mechanical maintenance, mechanical infrastructure systems, mechanical testing, mechanical contractors, chillers, electric motors, pump systems, cooling systems, water chemistry, and HVAC.
