We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Ponta Porã, Brazil . This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities. Compensation

R$45-65/hr (BRL hourly)

Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. Emergency and after-hours work may qualify for premium rates.

Remote hands and smart hands services

Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations

Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)

Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling

Perform cross-connects and patch panel work

Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues

Document all work with photos and detailed notes
