Job description
Maintain and monitor datacenter infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, power, cooling).
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, patching, cabling, and decommissioning.
Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues to ensure uptime.
Support migrations, new service rollouts, and redundancy models.
Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.
Keep documentation up to date (rack layouts, cabling maps, configurations, inventories).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Respond to tickets and communications from the client(s)
