Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Work Order Technician with hands-on experience in Lenovo server hardware to support operations at our client’s data center. You will be responsible for executing work orders, managing server hardware maintenance, and ensuring smooth data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and close daily work orders (WOs) in the data center as per SLAs.
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and replacement of Lenovo server components.
Coordinate with OEM vendors (especially Lenovo) for warranty support and replacement parts.
Ensure physical security compliance while accessing and handling server racks.
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to support broader data center operations.
Provide on-call support and weekend availability based on rotation.
