Job Description:

We are hiring Data Centre Engineers for our client based in Sevenoaks in Kent with regular attendance at Maidstone site.

This is a secure environment requiring security clearance and as a result we invite applications from UK nationals who hold or are willing to undergo SC clearance due to account requirements.

The role will involve working both dayshift/nightshift hours and we offer a generous shift allowance as a result.

Due to frequency of attendance at both sites, we require candidates who can drive and have their own transport.

Position Objective:

Visually inspect status indicators (LEDs) on Customer Equipment and report status to Customer

Perform a power-cycle of an item of Customer Equipment pursuant to the detailed, written instructions provided by Customer in the Intervention Request

Perform a visual inspection of power and cabling connectivity
