Act as single point of contact for Customer for all facilities matters, including but not limited to security, cooling, power, hardware movements, cleanness, etc.
Support & co-ordinate hardware installations and cabling as per Customer requests.
Manage and coordinate vendor support services, including supervision of vendors on installation, upgrading, maintenance, repair, and delivery of server hardware and software.
Co-ordinate with and escort third party vendors visiting Customers data centre and server rooms.
Install, configure, Monitor of UPS.
Co-ordinate with remote site support engineer for all server room related activities.
Perform regular data centre inspection. Report any alert to concerned party.
Maintain inventory of Customer data centre and server rooms equipment Record including customer's remote sites and audit all the changes.
