The role translates governance decisions into actionable data assets, supports workforce planning, analytics, and AI initiatives, and leads the Organization Partners Network as a community of practice. It requires strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and close collaboration with the HCM Global Process Owner, Data Foundation Team, Global Process Owners, Organizational Design, M&A Teams, People Services, Data & Insights Team and Finance.
