We're looking for a data leader who makes data transparent to the business—ensuring it just works. You'll transform how Docplanner uses data by eliminating complexity, standardizing processes, and building reliable systems that stakeholders can trust without thinking about. This role reports directly to the CTPO.
What You'll Do
Simplify everything: Reduce our data stack complexity and eliminate waste across data warehouse, product analytics, and BI teams
Build reliability: Ensure data quality is so consistent that teams stop questioning numbers and start making decisions
Understand the business: Partner with departments to identify real priorities vs. nice-to-haves, focusing resources on what drives impact
