Job Description
In this role, the Data Platform Engineer will own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the Snowflake platform, ensuring stability, performance, security, and cost efficiency across the enterprise data environment. You will manage account configurations, role hierarchies, integrations, and access controls while proactively monitoring system health, credit usage, and warehouse performance. On a regular basis, you will analyze and tune queries, optimize compute resources, and implement automation to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks. This team is looking for someone who not only understands the technology but is eager to solve problems, take ownership of the platform, collaborate, and set direction on projects.
