Job Description

TheData Engineer for Manufacturing Data Servicescollaborates with colleagues to develop and operate ourManufacturing Data Lake (MDL)hosted in the cloud. We manage data pipelines from the plants' MES-OLTP Oracle databases located in local data centers, performing additional data engineering tasks to provide the data in our MDL. In addition to utilizing native cloud services, we are currently exploring the implementation of a data intelligence platform to enhance our offerings. All tasks are executed in accordance with company guidelines, the SAFe @ MA roles within the agile MDL team, and under the functional leadership of the Head of Manufacturing Platform.

Principal accountabilities

1. Works globally at the development and operations of our cloud – based Manufacturing Data Lake and Manufacturing Data Services.
