1. JD for Data engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Design and optimize data models, data lakes, and warehouses
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across platforms
- Integrate data from multiple sources (HR systems, performance tools, etc.)
- Work closely with AI/ML and product teams to enable data-driven features
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks
- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, etc.)
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
- Understanding of data modelling and architecture principles
