Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (batch & real-time)
- Implement and manage CDC pipelines for reliable data synchronization across systems
- Automate business reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Optimize and maintain ClickHouse for high-performance analytics and query efficiency
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across multiple data sources
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements
- Improve data architecture to support Logistics and FinTech analytics use cases
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline failures and performance issues
- Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices
