What you need to have

• College degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles;
• Strong experience with data pipeline design and development (batch and streaming);
• Proficiency in Python and/or Scala for data processing;
• Experience with SQL and relational/non-relational data modeling;
• Experience with big data frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar);
• Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS Glue, Redshift, or similar);
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and lakehouse architectures;
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices;
• Availability to relocate to Portugal.
