About the Role

Data Engneering Manager – Kuala Lumpur Technology Hub

Lead a team of Data Engineers and ML Engineers within the Kuala Lumpur Technology Hub to deliver high‑quality, reliable data products and machine learning solutions on Azure Databricks. Own end‑to‑end engineering delivery for data pipelines, curated datasets, and ML engineering outcomes (feature/serving pipelines and model integration), ensuring strong engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD), data quality, observability, and operational readiness.

Act as a hands‑on technical leader (player/coach) while managing team capacity and performance, partnering with Product, Architecture, Data Governance, and MLOps/Platform teams to deliver business value through trusted data and production ML.
