Adecco is seeking a reliable **Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist** to support daily office operations by maintaining accurate records, processing data, and providing administrative support across multiple departments.
**Schedule:** 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
**Responsibilities**
+ Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and record systems.
+ Verify data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies between spreadsheets, reports, invoices, and other business records.
+ Generate, maintain, and distribute reports as requested.
+ Organize, scan, file, and maintain both electronic and paper records.
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
