Data Entry Administrator – Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Administrator for our government client for a temporary 1-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This position will support the Health Protection Division by assisting with data entry, administrative support, and the management of regulatory compliance and inspection-related records.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is fully onsite.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within Hedgehog and Microsoft Excel
• Manage both paper-based and electronic filing systems
• Perform scanning, faxing, document preparation, and records management tasks
• Monitor and update compliance and inspection-related records
• Handle incoming calls, transfers, and service requests, routing inquiries appropriately
