Position Overview

            Responsibilities  The position will be responsible to assist in the development, implementation, and support of the Companys maintenance management system; 
Dataentry to the CMMS system as well as compiling and converting data inexcel and word documents for migration to CMMS System (IFS). 
Develop adequate training materials and train operations personnel in inventory management. 
Carry out additional responsibilities. 
Provide general data punching and administrative support, provide data entry for CMMS system built. 
Converting document from PDF to be put into Company's template 
Data entry for entering the maintenance schedule from vendor manual to CMMS template 
Assist in spare part codification cross checking and verification process. 
Interface with all levels of management and across departments. Will also interfaces with corporate personnel.
