We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support payroll, purchasing, and billing activities for a Contract position based in Benicia, California. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, entering high-volume information efficiently, and helping keep weekly administrative processes on schedule. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with timesheets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices while ensuring data accuracy across multiple active jobs.


Responsibilities:


• Enter employee time records and related job, customer, and equipment details with a high level of accuracy to support weekly payroll preparation.

• Review submitted hours and confirm total payroll figures are correct before payroll is finalized for approximately 50 employees across multiple active job sites.

• Create new purchase orders each week and record all required supporting information in the appropriate systems.
