Work Hours: Standard College hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; Additional hours, including evening and weekend hours, may be needed to meet the needs of the department.

General Summary: Provide quality customer service through both direct contactand indirect contact with students, staff, and outside organizations. This position is the first line of communication for financial aid and
registration. Must be able to answer a variety of questions related to
departmental process, policy, procedures, and provide direction to other
various departmental questions.
