Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Generate reports as required Organize and manage physical and digital records Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy Meet daily and monthly data entry targets Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role Good typing speed and accuracy Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good organizational skills Qualifications: Experience with ERP or CRM systems Basic knowledge of Excel formulas High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
