Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Operations Agent
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Daily Responsibilities:

Mail opening, sorting, scanning and verifying client information Labelling and storing documents

Must Have Skills:

Prior Client or OFI experience an asset

Adapts quickly and can easily learn new source tools

Understands and effectively execute according to process flows with accuracy

Work in a high-paced environment with ability to maintain high/efficient levels of productivity with minimal errors

Good organizational skills, accountability to optimize their workload and attention to detail

ENG is mandatory - FRE is an asset as they will be processing client letters across all of Canada
