We are working with a large insurance company, and are looking for a Data Governance & Management Lead to join their Data and AI Governance team, sitting within the Finance business unit. You'll review and assess current data governance policies, practices and incident management, identify gaps against internal standards, and provide clear recommendations for risk acceptance, remediation or uplift. You'll also own day-to-day BAU governance activities, ensuring data is managed, protected and used responsibly in line with regulatory requirements (including the Privacy Act and APRA CPS234) and internal policies and standards.
