We're working with a fast-growing international business to find a Team Lead AR to own their global Order-to-Cash function.

This is a genuinely strategic hire — you'll be driving O2C automation, leading a mixed on-site/remote team, and acting as the key interface between Finance, Sales, and Legal. Reporting into the senior leadership, with real scope to shape how the function scales

The role in brief :

• Own and optimise the end-to-end O2C/AR process globally
• Lead automation initiatives with a goal of a fully automated billing and revenue workflow
• Manage and develop a high-performing AR team (on-site and remote)
