Role Overview
Accurately input and maintain supply chain transactional and master data in SCM systems to ensure operational continuity and data integrity across platforms.
Candidate Description
- Assets:
- Experience creating Purchase Orders
- Experience with reporting tools (such as PowerBI) would be an asset.
- Hands-on exposure to any ERP system (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.) would be an asset.
- Familiarity with IBM Maximo would be an asset.
- Experience with management of service/material master data would be an asset.
- Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management Platforms (e.g., Ivalua, GEP, Coupa) would be an asset.
- Knowledge of SCM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Core Responsibilities
Primary Focus – Data Entry & Integrity
Work closely with the SCM Governance Lead, Category Management, and Procurement teams to:
