Data Migration, Senior Associate

The Data Migration, Senior Associate manages all data migration activities for assigned payroll countries. With 1–2 years of experience as a DM support or similar role, the DM Lead delivers all required data migration outputs, works independently, and reports progress to the Workstream Lead.

They collaborate closely with the client throughout the migration stages, oversee the DM Support team, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and KPI expectations. The DM Lead also helps define the best data migration approach for each country, supports system‑related issues during implementation, and ensures smooth system performance. After about 1 year, they should be able to manage small/medium programs and progress to DM Senior Lead (Workstream Lead) after 2–3 years.
