Role Overview
The Data Migration Lead will own the endtoend data migration lifecycle across
enterprisescale transformation programs large relational databases. This is a senior
technicalleadership role responsible for defining migration strategy, designing ETL
patterns, leading a team of data specialists, and ensuring data integrity, governance,
and successful cutover with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Define and drive the overall data migration roadmap and strategy (extraction,
transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation) aligned with business and
systemintegration goals.
Plan and orchestrate mock migrations, load rehearsals, and cutover activities to
meet project timelines and cutover windows.
Technical Design & Execution
Design and document migration solution architecture, data mappings, transformation
rules, and reconciliation frameworks across source and target systems.
