We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with deep expertise in Workday data, HR data modelling, and People Analytics. The ideal candidate will design and maintain enterprise-grade data models that enable strategic workforce reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights. This role requires close collaboration with HR, People Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence teams to build scalable and governed data solutions.

The successful candidate should have strong technical expertise in Workday HCM data structures, dimensional modelling, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics technologies.
