**Overview**

Epsilon is seeking a Data Partnerships Associate to join our growing, close-knit Data Partnerships team. Our experts work to ensure Epsilon leads the industry in execution and value realization for clients through data set acquisition, strategy, and analysis.

In this role, you will support the entire lifecycle of data partnerships. You will identify and evaluate new data providers. You will also manage operational workflows to ensure data is delivered, validated, and usable across Epsilon’s PeopleCloud platforms (Discovery & Prospect). You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and agency teams to drive data accuracy, quality, and performance.
