Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance frameworks covering data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
• Establish data quality rules, controls, and monitoring
• Manage metadata, data cataloging, and lineage
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal governance requirements across IB & M data assets
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to support regulatory use cases and thematic reviews
• Lead the design and evolution of the IB & M Data Platform aligned with enterprise standards
• Drive governance capabilities across the Lakehouse architecture, ADLS, Databricks, and Delta Lake
• Define platform standards for data ingestion (batch, micro‑batch, streaming), schema enforcement, and validation
• Model and standardize data, and secure data access and entitlements
• Act as a technical authority for data architecture decisions within IB & M
