Privacy Center of Excellence (CoE) – Privacy Expert

The NTT DATA Inc Privacy Center of Excellence (CoE) is a multidisciplinary team that ensures compliance with global data protection regulations across NTT DATA’s worldwide operations. The role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of our global privacy program, working closely with corporate & business units, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders across different geographies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a privacy advisor for general and local business projects and services.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and risk evaluations, proposing mitigation measures.
• Advise on and regulate international data transfers (including SCCs, BCRs, TIAs, etc.).
• Assess and approve suppliers from a privacy and data protection perspective.
