This global role is based in Helsinki, Finland and reports to the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer. The position is part‑time (50%) for a fixed term of 2years.
Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on Privacy and AI compliance matters and legal governance questions.
- Promote privacy across the organization, build and maintain trust.
- Investigate privacy incidents.
- Produce, maintain and improve privacy and AI documentation.
- Check Data Processing Agreements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess whether data collection and usage practices are transparent, protect user privacy, and mitigate risk.
- Draft privacy policies, procedures and training materials.
- Evaluate effectiveness of privacy processes.
