Novartis Biomedical Research Postdoctoral Fellowship Program – a 3‑year training opportunity for early‑career scientists in Basel, Switzerland. The cohort begins on October 1, 2026 and applications close on July 15, 2026 EOB.
As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow you will join the Immunology group in Basel and lead an innovative research project at the intersection of immunology, AI, and pathology. You will conduct advanced spatial analyses of spatial transcriptomics, multiplexed proteomics, and histology data across inflammatory diseases, with the goal of building a harmonized cross‑disease atlas and developing AI models to characterize tissue niches. You will work closely with scientists in Immunology and AI for Research, data scientists across the organization, and the broader PostDoc network, and disseminate findings at conferences and in peer‑reviewed publications.
