Responsibilities

• Join one of the analytics teams responsible for turning data into services and products for XING's jobs market, used by millions of users.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop, implement, automate and analyze relevant KPIs and visualize them in reports and dashboards.
• Develop and implement predictive models to enhance user experience and engagement on XING.
• Take responsibility for your own projects from conception to implementation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute data‑driven strategies.
